All we ask is for your team to arrange airside passes. We always carry and will be happy to submit the necessary ID.
We can turnaround a project within 48 hours, keeping your movements up to date. All we need is your most up to date Logo(s) in PNG format. Most of these are available online and we will likely have them on file. We will also liaise with your Media Team to get all the necessary logos for Banner prior to the event, to use on-screen during the show.
Although we run logos during the ‘live’ presentations, your final piece will include just your logo(s) as pre-arranged or can be completely free of any logo/banner, for you to use for Media Presentations or on-demand.

THE STREAMING PROCESS
Our livestreams are only presented to a small, exclusive ‘members’ channel. The finished and approved ‘promotional’ edit will then be presented to our global audience and posted across our channels.
